In order to avoid waste and dead stock, we print most of our products on demand.
This means we have a pretty large stock of blank wearables and rolls of paper and we print the products according to your preferences once we receive your order.
We do our best to forecast our needs at the beginning of each season, but sometimes things happen overnight.
Since we are not actually making our wearable items (we don't cut and sew them) and we import them from an external supplier, during busy periods we might experience stock shortage.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our supplier is working ar a reduced capacity, therefore delays are to be expected in restocks and deliveries.
Also, sometimes, technology fails or needs some TLC, so if we experience any technical difficulties, we might be forced to put printing on hold and attend to the problem for a couple of days.
We will notify you as soon as these situation happen and offer you either a refund (if you chose to cancel your order), a replacement (if you chose to replace an out-of-stock item in your order with another available one) or an updated estimated delivery date (if you chose to wait for your initial order).

If you place your order on Friday at 11AM, the first business day of your processing&shipping window is Monday.
If you place your order on Tuesday at 8AM, the first business day of your processing&shipping window is Wednesday.
We do our best to notify you when there are delays. During busy times (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday etc.) or due to the Covid-19 pandemic please be mindful that you may experience unusual shipping delays.
Unfortunately no. Since we are a handful of people processing, handling and preparing your orders, we are unable to deliver same-day or next-day orders.
It's possible that your order might arrive in separate deliveries, dependind on what we decide will speed up the delivery (if possible). You won't be charged extra for the two deliveries.
Orders containing both in stock and made-to-order items will ship once the made-to-order items are ready.
Pre-ordered items are made especially for you and are estimated to ship in 4-6 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items may also experience delays in shipping.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount.
Please note items shipped outside of EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through Madalina Andronic Shop.
Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must have their original tags attached and have no signs of wear.
If it has been more than 14 days since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Please note that all shipping costs - initial, as well as return - will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping labels are not provided by Madalina Andronic Shop and you will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a
collection with your local courier. Your return shipping fee is not refundable, unless we decide so, based on the information you provided as the reason for your return, which will be reviewed individually.
Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

Once the returned products reach us, we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, if paid by card. If the order was paid with cash on delivery, you will have to send us your bank
details so we can transfer you the owed amount.

Our Ceramic Tableware is made of white italian terracotta and glazed with non-toxic, lead-free glaze. All tableware is dishwasher safe.
Our Art Prints are printed on museum quality 100% acid-free cotton paper, 310gsm, matte and slightly textured, at archival quality - meaning they will last and keep their original colours for over 100 years if displayed under protective glass.
Since we don't sew our wearable items, but purchase them from an external supplier, we cannot alter their proportions or details.
No, we don't offer framed prints. Frames are used in photos for presentation purposes only.
Every piece of jewelry is created using the finest materials that requires gentle care. Because we strive to make ceramic jewelry as light as possible, please be midful that our jewelry items are thin, therefore fragile, and sudden mechanical forces applied to them might result in breaking.
Keep jewelry clean by using a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner with a soft cloth. Store the jewelry carefully in order to avoid scratches.
We recommend washing printed t-shirts inside out, at a gentle cycle of 30º using a delicate fabrics detergent. Do not use bleach or strong detergents to soak or wash the wearable products.
Do not dry in a dryer.
All our art prints are compatible with standard pre-made frames from most home improvement stores (i.e. IKEA).

After receiving your order, if you experience a problem with a product please reach out to us and we will try to resolve the issue by replacing the faulty piece. All repair/replacement issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
