Right after you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, we send out email confirmations.

We also send status updates for your order to email address you registered with (TIP: if you chose to make an account on our online shop, you will be able to see there the status history of your order in the Order history section).

If you don't hear from us after placing an order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, we might have landed there - and mark us as safe, so that we can continue our communication.

If you haven't received any of our emails, please reach out to us at shop@madiandronic.com to sort things out.*

*The most frequent issue we experience are mistyped email addresses. So please double check your email address and phone number when filling in your order details.

The best way to contact us is by replying to our order confirmation email, so that we can immediately see your Order ID.

You can also use the contact form in our CONTACT section. Please mention your Order ID in the subject.

You can also use the Whatsapp number listed in our CONTACT section, but please be mindful that this does not imply an instant response. This number is not available for phone calls.

We strongly advise you NOT to contact us via social media for order-related issues, since our social media specialist is not in charge of the administrative part and that will lead to delays.

Yes, we can add items to your order provided that you reach out to us within 1-2 business days from placing your order. Please email us at shop@madiandronic.com mentioning your Order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

In order to avoid waste and dead stock, we print most of our products on demand.

Which means we have a pretty large stock of blank wearables and rolls of paper and we print the products according to your preferences once we receive your order.

We do our best to forecast our needs at the beginning of each season, but sometimes things happen overnight.

Since we are not actually making our wearable items (we don't cut and sew them) and we import them from an external supplier, during busy periods we might experience stock shortage. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our supplier is working at a reduced capacity, therefore delays are to be expected in restocks and deliveries.

Also, sometimes, technology fails or needs some TLC, so if we experience any technical difficulties, we might be forced to put printing on hold and attend to the problem for a couple of days.

We will notify you as soon as these situation happen and offer you either a refund (if you chose to cancel your order), a replacement (if you chose to replace an out-of-stock item in your order with another available one) or an updated estimated delivery date (if you chose to wait for your initial order).

Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union, NON-EU European countries and Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland.

If your country isn't in the list above, please write us an email at shop@madiandronic.com and we'll check if we can ship to your address.

IMPORTANT! If the address where you will receive the goods is in a country outside of the European Union, please note that you might have to pay a custom tax (import tax) and/or VAT on the goods you have purchased. Please check with your local customs authorities for more details.

If you place your order before 2PM, we'll do our best to ship the same day and if the delivery address is in a city in Romania, there's a good chance you'll receive your order in 24-48h.

During busy periods (both for us and for the couriers - sales, Black Friday, holidays etc.), the delivery can take up to 5 working days.

For deliveries outside Romania, even of we ship within a 24h window, please take into consideration that the transit times are longer hence the delivery might take up to 5-7 work days.

If you place your order before 2PM, we'll do our best to ship the same day and if the delivery address is in a city in Romania, there's a good chance you'll receive your order in 24-48h.

It's possible that your order might arrive in separate deliveries. You won't be charged extra for the two deliveries.

Orders containing both in stock and made-to-order items will ship once the made-to-order items are ready.

Pre-ordered items are made especially for you and are estimated to ship in 4-6 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your piece(s) to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed with a mix of in stock and pre-ordered items may also experience delays in shipping.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must have their original tags attached and have no signs of wear. If it has been more than 14 days since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please email us at shop@madiandronic.com or fill in the Return Form.

Please note that all shipping costs - initial, as well as return - will be the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping labels are not provided by Madalina Andronic Shop and you will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection with your local courier. Your return shipping fee is not refundable, unless we decide so, based on the information you provided as the reason for your return, which will be reviewed individually.

Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

We do not offer exchanges at this time for any of our products. All products can be returned for refund or store credit.

If, for any reason, you cannot use the above return form or prefer not to use it, please email us at shop@madiandronic.com, with the piece(s) you want to return, and we will provide you with return instructions. Please include in the email subject your Order ID.

Once the returned products reach us, we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, if paid by card. If the order was paid with cash on delivery, you will have to send us your bank details so we can transfer you the owed amount.

If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please let us know and/or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@madiandronic.com.

We offer card payment and cash on delivery for orders shipped to Romania. We offer card payment for international orders.

You can pay in RON or EUR.

Customers may checkout in any currency selected from our drop down menu while shopping.

Yes, these are the size charts for our wearable products:

Our T-shirts are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton.

Our Sweatshirts and Hoodies are 85% GOTS certified organic cotton + 15% recycled polyester.

Our Ceramic Jewelry&Accessories are made and assembled by hand using high-fired porcelain pieces painted with 22k real gold and 24K gold plated silver parts.

Our Ceramic Tableware is made of white italian terracotta and glazed with non-toxic, lead-free glaze. All tableware is dishwasher safe.

Our Art Prints are printed on museum quality 100% acid-free cotton paper, 310gsm, matte and slightly textured, at archival quality - meaning they will last and keep their original colours for over 100 years if displayed under protective glass.

Since we don't sew our wearable items, but import them from an external supplier, we cannot alter their proportions or details.

No, don't offer framed prints. Frames are used in photos for presentation purposes.

Wash the printed t-shirts inside out, at a gentle fabric cycle of no more than 30-40ºC. Do not use bleach or strong detergents to soak or wash the wearables. Do not use a dryer. The hot air in the dryer will ruin the print. Iron inside-out.

We don't make any changes to our existing illustrations - we don't change colours, add text or extra elements, crop etc.

Yes, we can make something especially for you, but only if the resulting product is in harmony with our aesthetic standards.

We can offer various print+garment colour combos that are not available on the website.

We can create custom wearable items for large orders with an additional design fee.

We don't currently take custom orders for ceramic jewelry&accessories.

Yes, we offer virtual Gift Cards (no physical card, you will receive the virtual gift card via email) with various pre-set amounts.

Gift Cards are valid for 6 months after purchase and are applicable to all products in the shop.

Our Gift Cards are also usable in combination with a card payment, should the beneficiary's order exceed the gift card balance.
